Mary Baker Glover born in 1821 - December 3, 1910) was an American religious leader and author who founded The Church of Christ, in New England in 1879. She also founded The Christian Science Monitor in 1908, and three religious magazines: the Christian Science Sentinel, The Christian Science Journal, and The Herald of Christian Science. She wrote numerous books and articles, the notable of which were Science and
Health with Key to the Scriptures and Manual of The Mother Church. There is a museum in Massachusetts dedicated to to her and souvenirs of her life here on earth. This book has some pencil marks underlining parts of interest from someone. The bottom 1/4 has some staining but doesn’t hide the words it’s 129 years old! Someone cherished it enough to sew the spine of the book and did a fine job for the period. All the pages are there a good investment if properly cared for I saw this book and two others written from this author selling for 6,000
