It wasn't easy to make friends in the small farm community where little Billy grew up. Everyone called him strange or weird . He just wanted someone to play with. One Halloween, Billy fashioned his family's rotting scarecrow into the creepiest costume anyone had ever seen. All the neighborhood kids were in and Billy loved it. Now with a bountiful harvest, Billy's got enough body parts to scare the town to death!
