This is an M-43 field jacket from Alpha Industries.
It originally cost 42,000 yen. I bought it from a USA website to wear over a suit, but I've only worn it once.
The reason is that it's all buttons in the front instead of a zipper, which just wasn't suitable for me.
I now have a black M-65, which I wear instead.
The color is black, so it can be worn over a suit without looking out of place.
