Vintage Antique 800 Silver Poison Ring. Size 6.25. The ring features an ornate filigree design. Hand chased band stamped 800 and makers marked on the edge of the band. The oval top has a turquoise cab at the center. It opens up to a small compartment. You can add a photo of a loved one, a little letter or whatever memento you would like. The design could be Arabic Tibetan Egyptian Astro Hungarian?? Very Unique.
