I had my old 12 pro max for about five years and in March I took it to the Apple Store to have the battery replaced as it was around 82% at the time. They weren't able to do it for some reason, so they ended up replacing it with the same exact phone - a gold iphone 12 pro max with 512 GB storage. It was a brand new phone, not refurbished, made in 2025 even though they don't routinely make the 12 anymore, but I guess they still do for stuff like this.
Anyway, I started using it in March, and though it always had a case on it, I didn't get around to replacing the screen protector for a while, and I did end up with some light scratches on the touch screen, which I did my best to show in the photos. Other than that, the phone is in perfect condition with 100% battery health. I recently upgraded my phone so this one is now up for grabs. Completely unlocked and reset, with eSim capabilities, and I've always owned it outright. No warranty per Apple b/c my old phone was out of warranty.
