This is a celluloid wind-up toy.
When you wind the spring, the hat spins. The hat seems heavy, and it doesn't spin well unless you help it with your hand. There is a small crack on the back of the head, near the neck. It's shown in image 7.
The size is approximately 25 cm tall.
Showa era, retro, girl
The soldier toy also crawls forward and makes a machine gun shooting motion when you wind the spring. It comes with a box, but the box is torn and damaged.
