Please note that I believe this originally had a hood. There is a button on the back of the neck and eyes for hooks in the front near the placket. Eyes can be hidden in the seam.
Please note small hole in back of neck from tag gun, I believe.
100% cotton - feels like it should be waterproof but I don't think it is.
Also please note a piece on the shoulder - looks like someone originally messed up and then cut off part of the mistake. Not super noticeable.
Otherwise, gently worn and washed.
Comes with belt.
