Chief Heavy Duty VCM Universal Interface Bracket

The Chief HBU is a ceiling interface bracket that lets you mount large LCD or CRT projectors, up to 250 pounds, on a Chief VCM mount with confidence. Its plate accepts eight adjustable legs, so it can line up with projector models that use anywhere from four to eight fastening points. The result is a secure hold that keeps heavy hardware overhead and out of the way.

Installation follows a clear three step routine. Assemble and position the legs to fit the projector, fasten the legs to the interface plate, then hook the plate onto the VCM mount. Once in place, the quick connect and disconnect mechanism means you can drop the projector for lamp or filter service without removing the entire mount or re-aiming the image afterward.
