Condition is close to good, but used caution and selected fair. Now this vest HAS the cooling inserts. You will see Chill It's cooling vest online in 30-60 range, but these are VESTS only. Second pic shows inserts, and there are two with it. They are 14 in diameter and one goes in front and back of vests. These vests, with inserts, are in the 250 range brand new. You can checkout the official Chill It's site to confirm.
Vest weighs about 7 pounds with inserts in.
When frozen the liquid turns white and you get wet from water condensation. It's not water in the inserts, but some kind of gel type liquid. Site says keeps you at steady 58 degree temps.
