CNC Billet Forward Controls for Suzuki VS1400 GLP Intruder 1987-2004 Boulevard S83 2005-2009

Fitment: Fit for Suzuki VS1400 INTRUDER 1987 2004 Condition: New, never mounted Material: Aluminum alloy 6061, CNC milled and anodized Quantity: 1 set Features: 1. High quality material ,With professional drawings to facilitate installation 2. High temperature oxidation, not easy to fade away 3. These forward controls move your feet 15cm(5.9") forward. 4. Adjust your driving position, and make your driving comfortable, reduce fatigue for long driving. Since so many of you are having trouble installing this... Here you go... 1-Remove both header pipes. 2-Remove and lower pedal crossmember. 3-Remove brake pedal assembly. 4-Remove right side foot rest. 5-Install brake pedal adapter. 6-Remove shifter lever. 7-Remove shifter lever linkage. (leave rear ball joint on shift shaft arm) 8-Remove left side foot rest. 9-Reinstall crossmember, do not reinstall the two forward center bolts. 10-Remove forward motor mount bolt. 11-Install the forward footrest center bracket with the two spacers and newer longer motor mount bolt. (Do not fully tighten motor mount bolt) 12-Reinstall header pipes. 13-Install lower cross member to forward footrest center bracket intermediate bracket. (Lower mounting bolts go into holes where bolts not previously reinstalled, do not fully tighten) 14-Adjust/align all brackets and tighten all hardware. 15-Install new footrests and controls. 16-Attach new control linkages. 17-Ride.
