Installation Tips Sennheiser HD800 Earpads The ear pads can be a little tricky to install, but they will fit Sennheiser HD800. There are 12 clips on the Earpad's back (behind the plastic "lip"). Align the clips to be “clicked” in place. Use support of your hands, with palms rested outside on the Headphone frame. Compress the Earpad with your fingertips and work around the Earpad. Alternative: Place the Earpad on a flat surface and press down the Headphone frame. A YouTube video shows installation of the HD800 earpads.
