I bought this item used but it appears to be brand new or only used a handful of times, it has the guitar controller complete with strap unused stickers instruction manuals and original box, just missing the slip cover, the cable that connect the guitar to the wii remote does have some damage, but i believe that is just from the plastic degrading and drying out over the years and is still working but can be covered with electrical tape or replaced, it's tested and working 100% also would say its not been used for a long time of ever because the strum bar and select button are kind of sticky witch happens to that kind of plastic when it sits around unused for many many years
