This mini-PC is pretty recently bought, but starting acting up when I installed Zadiag, so possibly a problem with drivers. Using system restore would fix the problem usually, but I'm pretty sure it's frozen when it boots up. SafeStart seems to work.
The system is probably salvageable by someone tech-savy, or you can buy for parts.
