The perfume is brand new, just brought from Istanbul duty-free. However, the cap sits a bit loosely on it -that's how it was from the very beginning. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way or if it's a manufacturing flaw. But it keeps its shape and stays on the perfume just fine, it just wiggles a little bit.
