This is a used Nest Thermostat E with two Nest temperature sensors. Used for 5 years in our home until we upgraded our HVAC and had to get a different brand. Backing plate is yellowed (see photos), but you don't necessarily need to use it as long as your mounting location doesn't have a large hole. Should be working fine, but honestly haven't tested it since they un-installed it a year ago and now it's a pain to hook it back up. If anything doesn't work, let me know and I will refund you!
