We use premium, kiln-dried oak, with medium swings made from one solid piece and large from two. Our timber is FSC 100% certified, ensuring ethical sourcing. Each piece is carefully selected and expertly crafted. The swing's tannin-rich oak remains structurally sound despite weathering. Polyhemp ropes offer longevity, softness, and traditional appeal. Hand-spliced over seven times on each side, they're heat-sealed to prevent fraying and have a braking strain of 5.5 tonnes each. It comes with oak adjusting blocks for easy height and level adjustments, and a leaflet provides hanging instructions and safety information. Allow three turns of the rope around the branch when calculating length.
