Fully sealed art set these are the 5 packs per tin style not the 4 pack I bought a case when they first came out ( comes with 6 tins 2 art sets) I gave a set to my brother and kept a set for me I opened mine and got some good hits but not the top hits I’m not sure if that means anything and I’m not guaranteeing if you open that it’s a higher hit rate I’m just passing on what I experienced! I love this set but he asked if I could sell them for him moltres tin does have a tad wear on face but they still have factory plastic! Thank you for looking and reading my boring story lol
