This is a handmade dress.
It's heavy and well made.
The skirt part has 4 layers and opens to arms length both ways.
Fabric does not stretch.
Zip closure on the back.
It's been steam washed.
It has some very minor red stains from washing. See pictures
Size is Girls 10-14 or a Small. It's hard to determine exactly as it's handmade and has no tags.
