Pro Tapes Pro 155 is an excellent adhesive for flying splices on paper, films, and foil. This product can be used for laminating, mounting and nameplate applications. Pro 155 is ideal for use with high processing temperatures and for use in dry tunnel printers. Performance proven dependability promotes production line efficiencies in paper and film industries. Pro 155 Acrylic adhesive will not bleed into most paper stocks, minimizes discolor of print material. Hightack "Permanent" adhesion, Easy to remove liner. Features includes quick stick, bond builds over time, good adhesion, low temperature application, short term, high temperature resistance, permanent bond, good chemical resistance, good solvent resistance. Applications includes mounting, bonding, photo edging and cropping, tabbing, splicing, temporary holding, laminating, framing. Adhesive: acrylic. Liner: 2.5 mil densified kraft paper, tan. Application temperature: 50 degrees F or above. Temperature range: -20 degrees F to 150 degrees F. Tack: <3 inch (rolling ball). Peel adhesion: 80 ounces per 1 inch (immediate), 130 ounces per 1 inch (24 hour). PH Level: 5.3. Tape thickness without liner: 2.0 mils. Clear color. Adhesion to steel: 20 ounces per inch. Low temperature application: 10 degrees F. Heat resistance: 390 degrees F. 3-inchees I.D. core.
