It contains Betts' over 9 minutes song "Back Where It All Begins" with a melodic guitar duel by Warren Haynes and Betts. Another favorite is called "No One Left To Run With" by Greg Allman with a recognizable Bo Diddly riff. Another high-lite of the album is Warren Haynes concert and fan favorite "Soulshine". In the United States the album reached the GOLD status!
