Out of the box, the display runs Android 11 on a quad-core processor with 8 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The built-in myViewBoard software lets users open documents, capture screens, and save annotations, while ViewBoard Cast makes it simple for participants to share content wirelessly from their laptops, tablets, or phones. For rooms that rely on external PCs, media players, or videoconferencing equipment, the panel offers three HDMI inputs, an HDMI output, VGA, composite video, six USB-A ports, and Ethernet. A USB-C port delivers video, data, and up to 65 watts of power, so one cable can connect and charge a laptop at the lectern.

Audio is handled by two 12 watt speakers and a 16 watt subwoofer, providing enough volume and low-frequency support for medium-sized spaces without the need for external sound equipment.
