Vintage Ruby Mann skirt set. This piece has hand stitched beading on the center buttons, collar and pocket area both on the blazer and the skirt. There are no real pockets on this piece, however the beadwork frames the normal pocket areas. Both the blazer and the skirt are size four. The light weight piece makes a beautiful statement.
