A beautiful hard to find McCoy chip and dip dish set in the shape of scallop shells. This was released as a part of the Morano line by McCoy Pottery in 1968. The glazes are just tremendously gorgeous; a light brown backdrop with jewel greens, peacock blues and brilliant reds. The combination of colors is strikingly beautiful.
Please note that this is one piece, the “dip” is attached to the “chip!”
In great vintage condition with barely any signs of age. No chips or cracks.
Bottom piece measures 11 and 3/4 inches wide, top piece is just under 6 inches wide, and the whole piece is 13 and 1/2 inches long and 2 and 3/4 inches tall. The bottom is marked with the mcp pitcher logo, along with “911” and “USA.”
