This vintage Otagiri stoneware tea set is so beautiful! Your next tea party will be done in style!
The set includes a teapot with a bamboo-wrapped handle and four handleless cups.
It features an earthy color palette of green, brown, and cream stripes.
This was made in Japan as part of the Otagiri Mercantile Company (OMC) collection, popular in the 1970s and 1980s.
The teapot holds around 35 oz of liquid, and each cup holds around 4.5 oz.
The tea set is in excellent condition. There is one small spot on the rim of the tea pot. I’m not sure if it’s a chip or a slight flaw in manufacturing.
