Here is a unique ship-in-a-bottle and a part of Perrier's famous history. According to my research, when the French company Perrier was launching its United Kingdom campaign to export its Perrier water to England in the 1970s, they had commissioned a limited series of Ships-in-a-Perrier-Tear-Drop-Bottle as their promotion. Perrier was the first naturally sparkling mineral water to be sold in England. This bottle is in excellent condition and mounted on a two stained wooden slatted base . The green vintage tear-drop bottle is 6" long and has the label SHIP MODELS, ROBIN HOODS BAY, ENGLAND on the cap. Pristine example of this hard to find ship in a bottle. Small tear on foil label.
